This faith-based training journal allows athletes to stay focused on the Creator while pursuing fitness and racing goals.
Each of the 52 weeks includes a unique verse and prompt to start the week, as well as prayer and goal lists. After recording daily training entries, the athlete is provided space to write a list of gratitude and add any special notes. A table at the end of each week provides the opportunity for the athlete to track metrics and attributes. Four blank rows are provided in the table so that the athlete can customize which metrics and attributes are tracked from week to week.
In addition to the weekly pages in the journal, additional pages are provided for tracking and goal setting throughout the year.
